The Professional Association of Nyanza Women was established to support sustainable development of the Nyanza Region by empowerment of women, youth and People Living with Disabilities (PWDs) in the four counties of Homa Bay, Kisumu Migori and Siaya. The Association aims to strengthen linkages with other stakeholders that include the government of Kenya through the various Ministries, Development partners and private Sector in order to galvanize Nyanza Women professionals for the economic and sustainable prosperity of the region. The Association has a membership of over 500 women professionals from diverse backgrounds from the Nyanza region and is led by a representative National Secretariat.
